I will endeavour to post standard / ready made orders within 48 hours.
Commissioned designs will take longer but I will email you with an approximate time scale for delivery

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order please contact me as soon as possible and I will do my best to help.

Standard and Ready made items may be returned within 7 days of delivery providing they are in the same perfect condition they were delivered in.

Custom designs are un-returnable as every effort is made to ensure you the customer are happy with your design before posting.

Notification of any damages, shortages and discrepancies must be received within 7 days of delivery.

Postage costs will be refunded only if your order is damaged or faulty

Postage costs are not refundable for damages caused by Royal Mail or other persons once item has been dispatched.
